1. Returns Within 30 Days

We accept returns of most new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2. Customer Satisfaction Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for reasons unrelated to defects or shipping errors, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery for store credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price.

Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

This option does not limit eligibility for a full refund under Section 1.

3. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

If we confirm an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are generally completed within four weeks of the date you ship your return, although many are processed sooner.

This includes:

• Return shipping: 5–10 business days

• Inspection and processing: 3–5 business days

• Bank or payment processor: 5–10 business days

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Store credits are not redeemable for cash.

6. Additional Conditions

Adrenaline Rush reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when required by law or when the return results from our error.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
